Green vegetables have always been one of the favourite foods of a health-food lover, and are packed with calcium, folic acids, and numerous other vitamins which are simply loved by our gums and teeth.

If you love strawberries, then you are in for luck, as strawberries are natural teeth-whiteners and also contain essential antioxidants to keep your gums healthy.

For generations our mothers have told us to eat less chocolates and sweets otherwise our teeth will rot, but we have never paid any heed to it. But now, it is time to listen to that advice as the bacteria present in our mouths flourish on sweet things and produce decay causing acids.
