Olives are a superfood which should necessarily be included in daily diets for maintaining a healthy body. These green and black fruits are packed with several nutrients like vitamin E, A, sodium, potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorous, and iodine.  Have about 10 olives per day and get 24% RDA of iron and 10% of RDA of vitamin A. Some studies have shown that olives lower blood pressure levels. Oleic acid in olives which has been linked to heart health lowers the cholesterol level.
