Low fat or non-fat Greek Yoghurt is an excellent source of calcium and potassium. The thick, creamy yoghurt contains almost half the sugar of normal yoghurt and can be substituted in the meal. With around 17 grams of protein per serving you can easily take this with a meal, or add a fruit to form a sweet snack!

Fruits and Vegetables

A healthy diet always starts with the foundation. Fruits and veggies! Rich in vitamins and minerals they help with reducing obesity, heart disease and diabetes. You can stock the kitchen with potatoes, onions, garlic, lemon and tomatoes, and additionally buy apples and oranges to fill the stomach and provide enough calories to the body.

Have a good start and continue to keep your goal of becoming fit in this New Year.
